This is one more type of warm up pose which helps in relaxing and stretching the muscles. A person and their partner need to sit in Sukhasana with back completely connected with the back of their partner. Now raise both the arms to the sides and join the palms together. Let straighten your arms and join them completely. Move the joined arms on left direction with slight twist of torso and hold for ten seconds. Now do in right direction.
Double Down Dog
This is a fun filled and an easy yoga poses. To do this pose both the partners have to come in a downward dog position. The base has to take position behind the flier and keep the hands close to the feet of the flier. Now staying in the down dog pose, the flier has to walks back slowly along the base’s back till their feet reaches the lower back of the base.
Double Boat Pose

Now stretch the arms completely toward each other and firmly hold the wrists. Lift the calves till they are parallel to the ground. Two Yoga Poses In One Pose
In this yoga poses one gets the advantage of both camel and plow pose. The base has to perform Plow pose by lying on the back on the floor. Raise the legs and bring them back so as to the touch the floor. Flier has to sit on the knees and bend in backward direction. Now take the posture of Camel Pose and grab the feet of the base.
This is an intermediate pose that allows the base to provide healing massage to the flier. In this yoga pose the base has to lie on the back and raise the feet high in the sky. The flier has to stand near to the raised feet of the base as if touching them. Now bend a little in forward direction till the feet of the base gets placed at the hips. Now extend the arms to hold the wrist of the base. Base should also extend the arms to hold the hands of the flier. Now base has to bring the legs down and try to lift the lower body of the flier. Flier has to lift his legs and keep them straight so that the lower body makes 90 degree with the torso.
This yoga pose improves the balance, coordination and flexibility of the body. Here base has to lie on the floor with the back and bend the knees. Flier has to stand before him close to the feet of the base. Base has to raise the feet and place them at the hips of flier. Now clasp the arms of the flier and make the legs straight and raise them in the sky. With this movement base has to lift the flier. Now flier has to make a fine balance by locking the body in an erect fashion by pointing the toes in outward direction.

Seated Forward Bend
