Epsom salt has high levels of magnesium that helps in balancing pH levels in the body and thus reduces pain. For bunions developed due to arthritis, take a tub of warm water and add a handful of Epsom salt to it. Soak the feet for 1/2 hour and then dry the feet and massage with olive oil or coconut oil.
