Pour 8 ounces of water in a pot and bring the water to a boil. When the water starts to boil, add ½-cup of fresh or ¼-cup of dried herb. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 15 minutes. Remove the pot from the burner and strain the tea. Add a tablespoon of honey to the tea. Honey, apart from sweetening the Echinacea tea, boosts the healing property of the herbal tea.
