To practice this, on eneeds to sit comfortably and make the deer seal or Mrigi Mudra using the right hand and then press the right thumb to the right nostril and then inhale with the help of the left nostril. Then repeating this with the left nostril and carrying on for 1 to 3 minutes help calm the body and the mind with ease.

This asana is known as the Uttana Shishosana and helps in relaxing the mind and the body after hours of desk work at the office. This can be practiced by rolling forward on all the four while keeping the hips over the knees taking the help of the finger tips coming forward a bit. While keeping the elbows lifted, massaging the forehead from left to right eases the facial tension and getting back to the original pose help.

This one is a quintessential yoga pose which gives a relaxing feeling to the body and the mind with the best effect! To practice this one, a person needs to sit in the Padmasana position while closing the eyes bring the hands in the Gyan Mudra (touching the tip of the thumb with the index finger).
