To prepare this homemade scrub, mix up one tablespoon diatomaceous earth (DE) with some aloe juice or gel to make a paste and massage your face using the same. Pollution and undernourishment is a reason for hair loss and thinning. Especially, silica deficiency causes hair loss and non-reproducing follicles, which results in baldness. Again, hair is made of silica so when your body is not getting enough of the nutrient, your hair will get dull, brittle and damaged. To get rid of all these issues, consuming one tablespoon DE every day is found to be beneficial. It will replenish your silica levels and make your hair thick, voluminous, strong, silky and shiny.
