At once, you think of taking a try on the various beauty products that you come across everyday that promises to hide your grey hair whenever it erupts. But, what if I give you a better option for warding away the grey hair and being healthy at the same time. Beauty products have a lot of chemicals in them that will do no good to you in the long run. So, my suggestion is that you should definitely go for yoga as this is the best option for a healthy you. Try the following asana and keep away frosty hair once and for all.

Here Are 6 Yoga Asanas For Greying Hair:

1. Camel Pose

Kneel on the yoga mat with the hands placed on the hips, soles of the feet facing the ceiling and the feet at in line with the shoulders. Inhale and bring the tail-bone towards the pubis to arch the back and slide the palms on the feet making the arms go straight. Stay in this pose for a count of 15 and then come back to the normal pose by bringing the hands on the hips and straightening yourself slowly. This asana improves digestion, strengthens the back and shoulders, relieves body aches and menstrual cramps and is good for keeping away greying hair.
