To start with, put your hand below the navel and inhale the air from the nostrils and watch the hand on the belly moving out as te belly inflates with air. Hold for a few seconds and exhale bringing the hand inside. Repeat a few times.

Massage improves blood circulation in the body and energises the cells to release fatigue, stress and pain. Take olive oil, jojoba oil, or coconut oil and add essential oils it for aroma, relaxation, and freshness.


3. Exercise

The body and mind are both fit with a regular exercising activity. Walking, running, swimming, cycling, tai chi, aerobics, are great options and pick the ones you enjoy the most. And instead of concentrating the thoughts on your worries, think of your body and the impact of exercising on it. Listen to music to distract from yourself from negative thoughts.
