1. Shoulder Stand (Sarvangasana)

Shoulder Stand (Sarvangasana)

Sarvangasana or shoulder stand is an effective yoga pose to cure gallstones. It improves the functioning of gall bladder significantly and helps you to get rid of gallstones. To perform this pose, first lie on your back and keep your hands under your mid-back. Then lift your legs and lower body in such a manner that it is supported by your arms, upper back, neck, and head. Observe your toes while performing the shoulder stand yoga pose.

2. Locust Pose (Shalabhasana)
